Totally worth to spend 90 minutes here eating your worth of $28.99!
I love their minced meat paste and assortment of vegetables! Their noodles really complements the soups! It'll be nice to have some wood ear mushrooms and crabsticks too. There should also be more variety of meat types such as fish. Their beef is sometimes too fatty also.
Friends and I had the yuzu collagen soup base which tastes really rich and interesting with the added zest of yuzu. Their tomato soup base is yummy and tangy, though it's a pity they top it up with water instead of more tomato sauce.
They have many sauces which are delicious! I actually like their peanut sauce hehe.
They have free flow drinks of your typical sodas and soft serve ice cream for $2.50++. It's nice to add however much chocolate sauce and mini marshmellows you like! Though I wish there are more flavours other than vanilla.
Even though the meat slices are getting thinner and thinner.
The vegetables quality are there. Love the Japanese seaweed the most. The raw egg is good too.
The soup booth is nice, tried the new tomato soup base and it’s good. But maybe not good to go with the beef. Other type of meats didn’t try.
However the staff were very nice and explain us everything
Timing are limited to 90min for dinner and 70min for lunch
Sukiyaki broth were excellent
All meats provided were nice and fresh
A nice buffet of vegetables / tofus / condiments / sauces and drinks were available
Everything was fresh with good hygiene
Definitely a nice place for a lunch / dinner around Changi Business Park
The condiments and soup base are delicious. I recommend sukiyaki and yuzu soup based.
The rest of the ingredients you choose yourself and this is a buffet course and u can take whatever you like however, if you want to have free flow drink + ice cream, you need to add 2.5SGD. So the total will be 30SGD/pax(including free flow drink).
I recommend this place if you like soup bases and all you can eat style..
Last update on the 15th of July,
The ingredients are still fresh as usual and the soup is still the same..
Well done shabu sai.. keep this quality
We ordered Sukiyaki and Tom yum soup and tried almost all non-veg options (chicken, beef, pork, eggs, etc) and chose many different items (vegetables & fish balls ) from the counter. They all tasted fantastic and we really enjoyed all of them. These all tasted very delicious when we had them dipped in the bowls we made of sesame, chilli oil, garlic, cilantro, spring onions, etc.
I must admire their prompt service for anything and everything we asked for. All non-veg items (row) are served in a very thin cut so they get boiled/cooked easily in the boiling soup. Overall, it was a new experience but we enjoyed it thoroughly. 😊
Service was very efficient as staff served the meat i ordered almost immediately and frequently came by to ask if i need anything. (more meat, change soup and clear the table)
Do note that they no longer charge extra for beef.
Will definitely visit again.
Great variety of soup bases, fresh vegetables, mushrooms and condiments. Additional charge for beef this year, but still reasonable. Some of the meats served were pretty fat, but acceptable for price.
Drinks available at the dispensers, and the ice cream is the perfect end to a great meal.
Expect to stand in line during peak periods. 70min lunch, 90min dinner.
