Freeflow of delicious meats, veggies, minced meat paste, noodles, and more!Totally worth to spend 90 minutes here eating your worth of $28.99!I love their minced meat paste and assortment of vegetables! Their noodles really complements the soups! It'll be nice to have some wood ear mushrooms and crabsticks too. There should also be more variety of meat types such as fish. Their beef is sometimes too fatty also.Friends and I had the yuzu collagen soup base which tastes really rich and interesting with the added zest of yuzu. Their tomato soup base is yummy and tangy, though it's a pity they top it up with water instead of more tomato sauce. They have many sauces which are delicious! I actually like their peanut sauce hehe. They have free flow drinks of your typical sodas and soft serve ice cream for $2.50++. It's nice to add however much chocolate sauce and mini marshmellows you like! Though I wish there are more flavours other than vanilla.

Free flow of the beef is always the best.Even though the meat slices are getting thinner and thinner. The vegetables quality are there. Love the Japanese seaweed the most. The raw egg is good too.The soup booth is nice, tried the new tomato soup base and itโ€™s good. But maybe not good to go with the beef. Other type of meats didnโ€™t try.

This is typical shabu shabu sukiyaki cuisine and this place is called Shabu Sai.The condiments and soup base are delicious. I recommend sukiyaki and yuzu soup based. The rest of the ingredients you choose yourself and this is a buffet course and u can take whatever you like however, if you want to have free flow drink + ice cream, you need to add 2.5SGD. So the total will be 30SGD/pax(including free flow drink).I recommend this place if you like soup bases and all you can eat style..Last update on the 15th of July,The ingredients are still fresh as usual and the soup is still the same..Well done shabu sai.. keep this quality

Classy Japanese shabu shabu restaurant with plenty of non meat food options to pair with the quality meats. There is no time to waste, just 70mims for lunch, pick your vegetables and meats and never look back. There's plenty of soup base to choose from so you would never get tired of. I personally like the beef but the rest of the meats are equally good. The service is fast so you can really eat a lot if you choose to do so. I get cravings for this place every now and then, the addiction is real!

Tried the weekday buffet at $26++ per adult, quite value for money as the meat is also free flow! Service is good and ingredients are fresh! Highly recommend the minced pork with cheese, really great tasting even on its own!

Recommended buffer or allyou can eat here. The staff done professional job try their best to serve customer. Very fast waiting time. There are 6 option for soup and upgrade to premium buffet. Refer to photo for price and menu. The food was great. Top-up for free-flow soft drink and free-flow ice cream. Otherwise, just take plain water for 50cent. Take food and drink whatever enough for you, not too much. Will come again when budget meet.

Food was good and the variety of soup bases were good too. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A little drawback is on the temp as the aircon doesnt seem to be cooling at all, especially when you are seated at the edge.

Amazing service!!! Shout out to Willy, who exceeded expectations by always making sure that we were having a good time, and he even went to the extent of lending me his portable charger when my phone was about to die. Best branch of shabu sai especially in terms of customer service, will definitely visit again

Great service by the staff here!! Food was of standard and delicious too 😋 Sauce station had a wide variety for everyone to customise for their liking. Special commendation to staff Willy!! Promptly clearing our tables and taking the initiative to ask if we would like to order additional meats. Going above and beyond for us makes this a 10/10 dining experience💯

Came here on yesterday night (Thursday) and sit next to soft drinks dispenser. I would give 5 stars for service. The lady kept checking on us whether we want extra meat and the male waiter diligently clearing the meat tray. Sadly, I didn't check their name. Overall a very good experience and good value (25.99++/pax).

Great value for money for the set lunch. Love the soup base and the beef. Total price is $12.50 nett inclusive of plain water. Good for those who do not eat too much otherwise opting for the buffet will be more ideal. Many of the other outlets do not offer the set lunch option.

Very value for money Japanese hotpot buffet at $22.99. Meat quality was good although overall food items were rather limited in selection and soups were quite mediocre. It is weird that free flow drinks ($2.50) doesnโ€™t include plain water, which costs an additional $0.50. Restaurant was spacious and clean while service was OK.

The manager Zi Qi and his team are always helpful, friendly and go their extra mile to make sure that my family and I have a pleasant dining experience. Though the restaurant does not accept reservations, we always go back here because of the exemplary service, and the great quality and selection of buffet items.

We, family of four visited this place for our buffet lunch last Saturday. It was first time for two of us and it was amazingly delicious lunch for us in around S$100.We ordered Sukiyaki and Tom yum soup and tried almost all non-veg options (chicken, beef, pork, eggs, etc) and chose many different items (vegetables & fish balls ) from the counter. They all tasted fantastic and we really enjoyed all of them. These all tasted very delicious when we had them dipped in the bowls we made of sesame, chilli oil, garlic, cilantro, spring onions, etc.I must admire their prompt service for anything and everything we asked for. All non-veg items (row) are served in a very thin cut so they get boiled/cooked easily in the boiling soup. Overall, it was a new experience but we enjoyed it thoroughly. 😊

Standard hotpot buffet place with decent quality of meats, a wide selection of ingredients and a sauce bar. There is also a free flow drinks and ice cream if you pay $2.5+ more. The drinks are standard cold drinks you can find at fast food restaurants and also pink lemonade. The ice cream is vanilla flavoured and they offer toppings such as chocolate sauce, mini marshmellows and sprinkles.Service was very efficient as staff served the meat i ordered almost immediately and frequently came by to ask if i need anything. (more meat, change soup and clear the table)Do note that they no longer charge extra for beef. Will definitely visit again.

One of our favourite hot pot chains in Singapore. There are a couple outlets across the island and it's a must visit whenever we're in Singapore.Great variety of soup bases, fresh vegetables, mushrooms and condiments. Additional charge for beef this year, but still reasonable. Some of the meats served were pretty fat, but acceptable for price.Drinks available at the dispensers, and the ice cream is the perfect end to a great meal.Expect to stand in line during peak periods. 70min lunch, 90min dinner.
