Food was good and the variety of soup bases were good too. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A little drawback is on the temp as the aircon doesnt seem to be cooling at all, especially when you are seated at the edge.
Amazing service!!! Shout out to Willy, who exceeded expectations by always making sure that we were having a good time, and he even went to the extent of lending me his portable charger when my phone was about to die. Best branch of shabu sai especially in terms of customer service, will definitely visit again
Great service by the staff here!! Food was of standard and delicious too 😋 Sauce station had a wide variety for everyone to customise for their liking. Special commendation to staff Willy!! Promptly clearing our tables and taking the initiative to ask if we would like to order additional meats. Going above and beyond for us makes this a 10/10 dining experience💯
Not worth paid money for skinny meat & food, all staff not friendly at all & don't know smile,i won't recommend any friend & dare go again cos feel stress even manager on duty & staff hardly put plate & thing make me feel scare, not respect customer at all😥😣
Came here on yesterday night (Thursday) and sit next to soft drinks dispenser. I would give 5 stars for service. The lady kept checking on us whether we want extra meat and the male waiter diligently clearing the meat tray. Sadly, I didn't check their name. Overall a very good experience and good value (25.99++/pax).
Great value for money for the set lunch. Love the soup base and the beef. Total price is $12.50 nett inclusive of plain water. Good for those who do not eat too much otherwise opting for the buffet will be more ideal. Many of the other outlets do not offer the set lunch option.
Buffet style. For the normal buffet range, they only have pork, chicken and beef. You can choose 2 soup base. Quite a wide range of vegetables and sides.
Very value for money Japanese hotpot buffet at $22.99. Meat quality was good although overall food items were rather limited in selection and soups were quite mediocre. It is weird that free flow drinks ($2.50) doesn’t include plain water, which costs an additional $0.50. Restaurant was spacious and clean while service was OK.
The manager Zi Qi and his team are always helpful, friendly and go their extra mile to make sure that my family and I have a pleasant dining experience. Though the restaurant does not accept reservations, we always go back here because of the exemplary service, and the great quality and selection of buffet items.
We, family of four visited this place for our buffet lunch last Saturday. It was first time for two of us and it was amazingly delicious lunch for us in around S$100.We ordered Sukiyaki and Tom yum soup and tried almost all non-veg options (chicken, beef, pork, eggs, etc) and chose many different items (vegetables & fish balls ) from the counter. They all tasted fantastic and we really enjoyed all of them. These all tasted very delicious when we had them dipped in the bowls we made of sesame, chilli oil, garlic, cilantro, spring onions, etc.I must admire their prompt service for anything and everything we asked for. All non-veg items (row) are served in a very thin cut so they get boiled/cooked easily in the boiling soup. Overall, it was a new experience but we enjoyed it thoroughly. 😊
Standard hotpot buffet place with decent quality of meats, a wide selection of ingredients and a sauce bar. There is also a free flow drinks and ice cream if you pay $2.5+ more. The drinks are standard cold drinks you can find at fast food restaurants and also pink lemonade. The ice cream is vanilla flavoured and they offer toppings such as chocolate sauce, mini marshmellows and sprinkles.Service was very efficient as staff served the meat i ordered almost immediately and frequently came by to ask if i need anything. (more meat, change soup and clear the table)Do note that they no longer charge extra for beef. Will definitely visit again.
One of our favourite hot pot chains in Singapore. There are a couple outlets across the island and it's a must visit whenever we're in Singapore.Great variety of soup bases, fresh vegetables, mushrooms and condiments. Additional charge for beef this year, but still reasonable. Some of the meats served were pretty fat, but acceptable for price.Drinks available at the dispensers, and the ice cream is the perfect end to a great meal.Expect to stand in line during peak periods. 70min lunch, 90min dinner.
